What is The Ride In?

The Ride In is a coaching practice for founders, executives, and senior leaders at the edge between where they have arrived and where they are genuinely called to go next.

The work strengthens a leader's capacity for awareness, discernment, and self-leadership. Through coaching conversations rooted in neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, NLP, identity design, and embodied awareness, leaders gain the perspective to examine what is shaping their decisions, reconnect with what genuinely matters, and move forward with clarity and integrity.

Every engagement is grounded in lived entrepreneurial experience. This is not theory at a distance.

Who do you work with?

Founders, executives, and senior leaders who have built something real and are ready to look more carefully at what comes next. They tend to be capable, driven, and respected. Something beneath the surface is asking for a different kind of attention.

Many come during a significant transition: a business at an inflection point, a leadership role that has outgrown its current shape, or a personal moment asking them to reckon with what they actually want. Some simply sense that the way they have been leading is no longer the way they want to lead.

Geography is not a constraint. Sessions are conducted online, and the practice works with clients across North America and globally.

What kind of coaching do you offer?

One-on-one coaching is the core of the practice. Every engagement begins with a Leadership Deep Dive, a focused 90-minute session designed to examine the patterns shaping a leader's decisions and direction. From there, the coaching path is determined by where the client is and what they need.

Three coaching programmes are available: The Shift, The Ascent, and The Ride In flagship. Each is calibrated to a different depth and duration, described in more detail below.

For co-founders, executive partners, and leadership teams, The Ride In also offers leadership alignment and facilitation work. These engagements address the friction that builds between people navigating growth together: misaligned priorities, strained communication, and the gap between shared values and daily behaviour.

What is the Leadership Deep Dive?

The Deep Dive is the entry point to every coaching engagement. It is a focused 90-minute session designed to uncover the deeper patterns shaping a leader's decisions and direction.

In this conversation, client and coach step back from the pace of leadership and examine what is actually driving where things stand. The Deep Dive creates the clarity needed to determine which coaching path will best support what comes next.

The Deep Dive is included in all three coaching programmes. If a client chooses not to continue into a programme, the Deep Dive fee stands on its own. Pricing is shared after the Discovery Call.

How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?

Coaching works in the present with attention to where a leader is headed. It is not about diagnosing or treating, and it is not about giving advice. It is about creating the conditions for clearer thinking, more honest self-examination, and the kind of awareness that changes how a leader decides and leads.

Therapy focuses on healing. Coaching focuses on examining the patterns still active in a leader's behaviour and finding what shifts when those patterns become visible.

If something arises in the work that would be better addressed with a therapist or another professional, that will be named directly.

What programmes do you offer?

The Shift is a focused two-month engagement for leaders who need to break through a specific challenge, decision, or block and regain momentum. Up to 4 private sessions, with reflection practices between them.

The Ascent is a three-month engagement for leaders navigating a specific challenge, transition, or inflection point. Up to 8 private sessions, with reflection and integration practices between them.

The Ride In is the flagship six-month coaching engagement for leaders ready to do deeper work across identity, leadership, and direction. Up to 16 private sessions, with structured reflection between them, and direct WhatsApp access to Antonio between sessions.

Sessions across all programmes are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to maintain momentum and depth. Investment details are shared after the Discovery Call.

What is Antonio’s coaching style?

Grounded and direct. Sessions are conversational but structured, with genuine challenge when it is needed.

The methodology draws on neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), identity design, and embodied awareness. These are not techniques applied to a client. They are lenses that help illuminate what is already there.

Clients leave sessions with tools they can use, and a clearer sense of what has been shaping their thinking and behaviour beneath the surface.

How does a Discovery Call work?

The Discovery Call is a free 30-minute conversation to explore where a prospective client is, what is shifting, and whether the work is the right fit. It is not a sales conversation. It is a real exchange, and by the end of it, there is a shared sense of whether to move forward.

Where do sessions take place?

All one-on-one coaching sessions are conducted online via Google Meet. Sessions can be scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 9 am and 5 pm Eastern Time.

How do I prepare for my first session?

Come with an open mind, a quiet space, and something to write with.

You’ll receive a short intake questionnaire to help you reflect before our first session—it’s designed to align the session with your goals and patterns.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or sessions missed without contact, are considered completed and count toward the programme. Context is always taken into account. If something exceptional comes up, reaching out directly is the right move.

Is coaching confidential?

Everything shared in coaching sessions remains confidential. This is the foundation of the work.

The only exception would be a situation involving genuine concern for a client's safety or someone else's. In that case, it would be raised directly with the client before any action was taken.

Can The Ride In work with teams or organisations?

Yes, for the right engagement. The Ride In works with co-founders, executive partners, and leadership teams navigating the tensions that come with growth. This is structured coaching and facilitation work built around the specific dynamics of the group.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?
