THE RIDE IN BEGINS WITHIN

Every serious shift in leadership begins with the same question: who am I becoming?

The Ride In was built to help founders and leaders navigate that question with honesty, rigour, and genuine support.

A PHILOSOPHY OF INNER LEADERSHIP

The Ride In is a framework for self-leadership and conscious growth.

It helps people move from reaction to reflection, from striving to alignment, from performing a role to inhabiting one.

Rooted in neuroscience and lived entrepreneurial experience, it connects inner clarity with outer performance. Real transformation is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to what was always true.

ABOUT ANTONIO LENNERT

I work with leaders who have built something real and are ready to lead from a deeper place.

My background spans entrepreneurship, community building, and human development across two continents. I hold an MBA in Business Management and carry the perspective of someone who has navigated payroll, loss, and rebuilding from scratch.

My coaching draws on neuroscience, Internal Family Systems, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and identity design. The methodology is rigorous. The container is human.

Before founding The Ride In, I co-founded Surf the Greats, a movement that brought Great Lakes surf culture to a national and global stage. It reshaped how a community understood itself in relation to the natural world. That work taught me how identity, leadership, and belonging intersect.

Then everything changed. I lost my husband and business partner before I turned forty. From that stillness, this practice was born. What I found in that stillness was not someone new. It was someone I recognised. Someone who had been there the whole time, beneath everything life had asked me to carry.

THE RIDE THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING

Born in Brazil and shaped by work across continents, I have rebuilt more than once. Each time, I understood something the previous version of me could not have grasped.

The most defining moment arrived before I turned forty. Losing my husband and business partner brought me face to face with the question at the centre of this work: what remains when everything else falls away?

Through grief came clarity. Through surrender came direction. What began as survival became a philosophy of leadership that now shapes every conversation I lead.
