SELF-LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP

A three-hour, in-person workshop for teams ready to examine how they show up under pressure.

WHAT IT ADDRESSES

Under stress, most leaders run on a script written decades ago, the same reactions and the same blind spots showing up again in conversations that go nowhere. This workshop slows that down enough for people to notice it happening, in themselves and in each other.

WHAT’S COVERED

Part 1

Part one works inward. Through a short body scan and a structured reflection, participants build real awareness of how they show up under pressure, and name the specific pattern, the "part" of them, that tends to take over when things get hard.

Part 2

Part two puts that awareness to work. Through paired listening practice, participants experience a different way of listening, one built on presence instead of preparing a response, and leave with a concrete way to use it.

WHAT PEOPLE LEAVE WITH

Awareness of how they show up under pressure, and why.

A name for the part of them that runs the show when they're triggered.

A simple tool to self-regulate before they react.

A different way of listening that changes what's possible in a real conversation.

WHERE THIS HAS WORKED

This workshop has been delivered to Canadian organizations, most recently to a group of 20 leaders and business owners.

Every respondent rated the facilitation a 4 or 5 out of 5, and 94% rated the overall experience an 8 or higher out of 10; half of them gave it a perfect 10.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS

"Some real eye-opening moments about how I'm showing up personally. At work it's easy to hold a consistent version of myself. At home, that's different, and realising who shows up there, and when, was eye-opening."

"It teaches you to be more self-aware, to handle situations and conversations better, and to be more present and mindful."

"An introspective look at how you show up in the world."

"Incredible. A very strong and clear message. Highly recommend."
